BIO

Zephyr Avalon has been a professional upright and electric bassist in the Los Angeles since 2013. When he is not on tour with Zach Bryan, he is typically doing session work, producing, and performing locally. Zephyr holds a Masters degree in Jazz Bass Performance from California Institute of the Arts. 

Zephyr has shared the stage and/or  recorded with Zach Bryan, Dijon, Haley Reinhart, Snoh Aalegra, Bennie Maupin, Bruce Springsteen, John Mayer, Kacey Musgraves, Sheryl Crow, Mack Keane, Ted Taforo, Efa Etoroma Jr., The War and Treaty, Sierra Farrell, Matt Garstka and Josh De La Victoria, Dysplay, and many more.
